About Us

Rick Greener, LUTCF
President, Benefit Specialists.
An alumnus of Moorhead State University, Rick’s diverse business background includes management and ownership in retail and wholesale marketing operations. Entering the insurance business in 1980, Rick has experienced the dramatic changes in the insurance landscape first hand and has gained the knowledge necessary to provide his clients with the best insurance and benefit products available to the market.  In addition to individual disability Rick works in the area of business disability and most areas of group coverage.

Rick lives in Fargo, North Dakota with his wife Kathy. They have two grown children. Rick is very active in local community organizations and is also an avid golfer.  He enjoys spending time with his friends and clients on the course.

Kristi Huber, MBA
Account Executive.
Since 2002, Kristi has been providing value to companies across multiple facets of employee benefits. She brings to her clients in-depth knowledge of employee staffing, payroll outsourcing and consumer driven healthcare plans including; Flexible Spending Accounts (FSA), Health Reimbursement Arrangements (HRA) and Health Savings Accounts (HSA). She enjoys building relationships with the companies she serves as well as acting as a consultant to help companies realize the goals they have established for their specific employee benefit plans.

Kristi holds Master of Business Administration degree from the University of Mary, Bismarck, North Dakota. She earned her bachelor’s degrees in Business and English from Concordia College, Moorhead, Minnesota. She enjoys being active in her community and serving others. She is member of the FM AM Rotary, a mentor for the Big Brother Big Sister program, a member of Women In Networking, and an active learner at Bethel Church. Kristi lives in West Fargo with her husband, Gregg. Together, they enjoy watching and fanatically supporting the University of North Dakota men’s hockey program.
